calvapro® plascojet: Effective and high-energy plasma
The calvapro® plascojet uses a high frequency remote discharge and process air to produce a high-energy, atmospheric plasma. In the standard version, this plasma is "cold", which makes the system perfect for sensitive surfaces.
The system is perfect for integration into production lines, and is safe and suitable in particular for high production speeds.
The generators are compact and equipped with all necessary interfaces and monitoring devices. The generators can also optionally be supplied with a range of pre-programmed plasma treatment parameters. This will make it easy to select the plasma temperature, energy input and field distribution.
The calvapro® plascojet is virtually suitable for all surfaces requiring activation or deep cleaning. This includes conductive or difficult to activate materials such as PTFE or FEP.
