calvamas® VISIONcube

Innovative technology for quality assurance in production and lab facilities

calvamas®VISIONcube is an efficient and reliable measuring system for optically determining the wettability of a surface with a camera. To do so, a linear servo actuator deposits a drop of solution onto the relevant surface, after which the VISIONcube’s software computes the wettability level based on the number of pixels measured.

This yields information on the printable area and adhesion values of the surface.
